Hi all,
we are running OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0
It happens that sometimes HTML5 grphs are not loaded with the page (I see blank space);
it is required some F5 on the browser or Refresh on dashboard to see them.
On jh.log I find following error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.awt.X11GraphicsEnvironment
and also: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: oracle.bi.nanserver.fwk.exception.BISvsException: A system error has occurred. Please contact your administrator
It is a quite fresh install.
Anyone can help please?
