OBIEE 12C ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hello I've a strange issue. I recently installed OBIEE 12C and it worked good for a while. After that when i try to access my answers page i.e. http://desktop-1q20p03:9502/analytics or EM page http://desktop-1q20p03:9500/em It's saying

This site can’t be reached

desktop-1q20p03 refused to connect.

Search Google for desktop 1q20p03 9500

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Can Anyone Help? Thanks in Advance
