OBIEE 11g SSL -- certificate information not showing properly

Hi,

We have successfully setup SSL in our env for OBIEE 11g. We are able to access OBIEE URL and it is working fine.
But when we access the OBIEE URL and click on certificate information, it shows my OBIEE server certificate information without the CA certificate. There is no CA information/certificate path, it just shows "Issued by" and "Issued to" as the server name to which the certificate was generated.

The signed certificate we got from our CA has proper certificate path.

Any idea why the CA information is not displayed/missed and the certificate is showing as self-signed? I have followed all the steps in "OBIEE11g SSL Setup and Configuration [ID 1326781.1]".

Can you please help if I am missing anything here?
