OBIEE 11g Server running but URL dashboard not opening

Hi My admin and BI manage server is running however i am not able to open the Dashboard. it is giving me the below URL...

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
*10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error*
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request

Also do any of you have any idea what is the password of SampleAppLite.rpd
and what is the maning of two passwords when we open any RPD in online mode?
