OBIEE 11g security - users not showing in RPD

Hi, I'm taking the new Oracle OBIEE 11g system administrators class. In it, it shows that if I open the RPD in online mode and go to Manage / Identity, I should see the list of users defined on the WebLogic side. Unfortunately, I don't...I don't see ANY users. And the list of "roles" I see is also definitely defined in the RPD and not coming from WebLogic.

Is there something I have to do to get the weblogic users / roles to show up in the RPD?
