Obiee 11g migration from one env to another

hello all

i am trying to migrate obiee from one server to another server.

version is obiee 11.1.1.7

so far i have migrated user security, and then RPD and catalog.

Obiee 11g migration from one env to another

but i am getting error after migration like

1. unable to login to analytics with user id weblogic

2. unable open RPD in online mode with user id weblogic.

3. and getting following error while opening dashboard and reports.

TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified at OCI call OCIServerAttach. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. (HY000)

so i have one question while i am troubleshooting these errors.

do we also need to migrate database schema / clone database from one server to another server??
