OBIEE 11g - How to Assign Presentation Administrator

I recently deployed a new Repository on OBIEE 11g server. Initially I was not able to login using Administrator user because of GUID for the user mismatching in the RPD. So I deleted the user reference for Administrator from RPD as per the instructions. After this I am able to login to analytics app, but I am not getting Presentation Service Administration link on the dashboard menu.

I verified from the weblogic console, the user Administrator is member of BI Administrators and BI Authors groups.

How do I resolve this issue? Please help.
