OBIEE 11g Delivers - Unable to Relay

Hi All,

We have setup Agents through OBIEE delivers, am trying to run a test from the production system.

However, it seems to be taking time. It says agent test was successful. However, no email has been delivered.

We are trying to use the default mail server and have not done any additional changes to the configuration.

I reckon this could be a firewall or security issue as this is on production system.

Any suggestions on where could we look for some relevant logs ?
