OBIEE 11.1.1.7 - bug with BI Composer and custom skins

Hi, we're hitting an issue with OBIEE 11.1.1.7 where, if we use BI composer to create an analysis, as soon as we return to the main screen the custom skin we have gets completely screwed up - to the point that all the formatting is lost, and it becomes next to impossible to figure out even where to click to log out, etc.

Has anyone else seen this?

We're opening an SR with Oracle, just wondered if others are seeing this and especially if anyone has found a fix.
