OBIEE 11.1.1.6 Installation

Hello,

I was trying to install OBIEE 11.1.1.6 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 Bit machine. But i got the error : "INST-08072: Operating system does not support IP V 4."
I changed hosts file as requested but nothing changed.

Any suggestions
