OBIEE 10G to OBIEE 12C

Hi all,

We are in the process of migrating from OBIEE 10G to OBIEE 11.X. and in the midst of this, I got to know the release of OBIEE 12C.

I would be grateful if anybody can advice whether I need to stick to 11.1.1.9 since it is released few months ago and is stable or try 12C.

Also, Whether can we migrate report units (BI Publisher and a OBIEE Repository and report units) directly from 10G to 12C version?
