OBIEE 10g Admin Console access issue

We installed 10g OBIEE in Linux, that is integrated with Oracel EBS suite, i want to modify (.rpd) files, i heard it is only way is using OBI Admin tool, which is currently available in Windows environment, this kind of scenarios, how to access Admin tool..?
