OBIA/OBIEE 11G to 12C Migration

All - I am planning to migrate from OBIA/OBIEE/ODI suite from 11g to 12C. Is have a question on ODI migration ? Can the ODI migrated from 11G to 12C ? directly or I need to do a in-place upgrade for ODI ?

Any information would be great ?
