OBI 11G: Maximum total number of cells exceeded

Hello,
I'm facing the following error within a standard table analyses: Maximum total number of cells exceeded (Configured Limit: 50000).
I have seen some post where you can configure parameters within the instanceconfig.xml
But there is no entry to configure the maximum of CELLS
And the 50000 is no logical product based on some other parameters. So where is this configured limit from?
