OATS-Oracle XE Installation Fails

Hi friends,

I've installed OATS to my computer(Windows XP) but then I had to uninstall so I did it by uninstalling OATS and Open Script from Add/Remove Programs. Then when I try to run the OATS setup again, it fails when installing Oracle XE database. It gives an error "Installation of OracleXE failed. Refer to C:\OracleATS\logs\oxe_install.log for details." and it doesn't install it anyway.

When I look at the logs at C:\OracleATS\logs\oxe_install.log, there only writes

[ResponseResult]
ResultCode=-3

What can I do to install OATS successfully? I've to install it for a project at my company.
