OATS Installation hangs and never completes
I am trying to install 'Oracle Application Testing Suite 12.2.0.1.0 - Complete Install ' and it is stuck at 'Spawning C:\OracleATS\bin\deploy.bat C:\OracleATS\install\oats.ear' and never completes.
Can someone please guide me on this.
