OATS Agent loosing focus of browser when running test from test manager

Have agent running on Windows 7 PC. Running a script from OpenScript is successful.

Running the same script from Test Manager fails.

The agent opens the browser (IE) but doesn't get to user credentials for login.

It appears it's loosing focus of the browser window.

Also... anyway to force the agent to pick Firefox over IE?
