OAS datamodel.sh upload script without port number assigned 9505.

Hi , I am trying to upload rpd to OAS 5.9 server using datamodel.sh script in linux.

I assigned port number 9502 and it didn't work . I get this message.
"Connection failed, the server processes may be down, the host name, port number, service instance, or protocol (http/https) may be incorrect"
After I didn't assigned -N 9502 to the uploadrpd script, it magically worked. and port was assigned to 9505 which I do'nt recognize on OAS or OBIEE(previous version).

any explanation? key to the reason?
