OAM-OAAM Integration issue

mvsrikanthssAug 2 2016

Hi Experts,

We have integrated OAM-OAAM. After integration when we access any protected resource, we are getting "There was some technical error processing your request. Please try again" on the login page.

In the OAAM server logs I could see the following error :

[ERROR] [] [oracle.oaam] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: 005EHrC5YS_Fs1kLkyk3yZ00075d00001Z,0:1:5:3] [APP: oaam_server#11.1.2.0.0] Error decoding the DAPToken. oamdapToken=v2.1~OAAMTAPPartner~NEUzQ0FBMjQ5QUU2

FFRDQ3M0FEQzlGNTUxRkIwNkNGNjVDRUU5Q0VENzdCRTdFMDFCMDAwQjI1RkQ0NUM5[[

oracle.security.am.common.dap.exceptions.CryptoException: OAM-17010

  at oracle.security.am.common.dap.util.CryptoUtil.ssoDecryptString(CryptoUtil.java:662)

We verified the TapToken versions in oam-config.xml as well in OAAM Admin console system properties. Both are set to v2.1

What could be the cause for the above error? Only I could see the property --> oaam.uio.oam.dap_token.param_name --> Load Type is showing as File . Where as in other environments its showing as Database.

Is the issue anything to do with this? Please let me know if anyone has come across this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Srikanth
