OAM Logout Issue

I've integrated OIM and another custom application with OAM. The issue I'm having is that when I use the OOTB logout.html page (/access/oblix/lang/en-us/logout.html), it doesn't expire the cookies properly.

After going to the logout link I can go to either application without having to re-login. It's only when I close the browser does it challenge me to log in again. Has anyone had to make any customizations to the OOTB logout.html page to get it to expire cookies properly?

I read the other post in the forum about cross domain cookies but all of our cookies are in the same domain. For example:

OIM: http://oim.test.domain.com/xlWebApp

Custom App: http://app1.test.domain.com/mipa

OAM Logout: http://oam.test.domain.com/access/oblix/lang/en-us/logout.html

Any suggestions?
