OAM Login Redirect not Working

Hello,

I have an Apache 2.2.3 Reverse Proxy I installed my webgate on. This is a 64-bit Red Hat machine so I had to use the older installer file, 10.1.4.2 while my Access Server/Manager and Identity Manager/Webpass is all 10.1.4.3.

The communication between the webgate and the access server seems to be there when i tail the access_logs. However, when I go to an application, it doesn't redirect me to the login page for credentials first. I have Form based authentication.

I tried the Access Tester utility and it shows that all users in my directory are associated with a Policy and Rule. The Domain Policy is enabled. All users are allowed access to my rule.

I'm at a complete loss why it's not redirecting right now. Any hints or suggestions would really help.
