[OAM] About a warning message for 'Request Timeout' of oracle.oam.controller.

Hi all,
The warning message below is occurring intermittently. BTW, I can't find a description of this log anywhere. Is there anyone who can explain the log below?
What does Request TimeOut refer to? What is the default value?
<oracle.oam.controller> <BEA-000000> < Configuration does not exist for Request TimeOut. Default value will be used.>
