We have a situation where we need to integrate EBS and a few other Oracle applications (PSoft etc) with OAM for the SSO.
EBS requires OID so that will be required along with the OAM.
The challenge is that there are multiple AD domains that we need to authenticate against and possibly when it expands further we might have other AD forests that will need to be integrated.
My initial approach has been to use the Directory Integration Platform to aggregate the user id's to the OID from the various AD domains.
And then use OAM to authenticate against the multiple AD domains because the passwords would still be residing in the AD.
The doubt is whether there will be an issue if we have multiple forests and multiple domains. I am not a Microsoft AD expert so trying to understand this a little better.
