OAM 11g R2-getting repeated errors[URI: /oam/server/auth_cred_submit]Failed

Hi Gurus,

we have oam in clustered environment,in process of doing load test, in the logs we are noticing below error repeatedly and slow performance. we have 2 manged server in a cluster both are up and running.
We have custom login page for credential submission, this error starts to come when we start increasing load around 75 users and above.
