OAG - Convert from SOAP 1.1 to SOAP 1.2 and vice versa

We have a web service that is developed based on SOAP 1.2 standard.

We have the consumer of the client (which is a legacy system) that can consume services based on SOAP 1.1 standard only.

Can we use OAG to convert the requests from SOAP 1.1 to SOAP 1.2 & vice versa?. Please let know, how this can be done.
