OAF page running from Jdeveloper locally is very slow

Hi All,
When I am running Hello world page or custom pages from Jdeveloper locally onto the browser. It takes 45 to 50 minutes time to load the page and shows the output.
Could anyone pls help me how to fix this issue and avoid taking lot time.

EBS version is 12.2.10
Local OS version is Windows 11 with 16 GB RAM
OA Extension 10.1.3 (Build OAEXT_MAIN_GENERIC_200702.0516)
OA Framework 12.2.10 (2020_07_04_Sat_0423AM_2415_13)
