OaaS - Pros and Cons

Hi Folks,

We are looking into consolidating our databases using OaaS. I've read many articles and been in couple of presentations about it. But they all have been pro-OaaS.

I appreciate if any of you have real life experience of the challenges to implement the solution in your organisation and kind enough to share.
