We have integrated Oracle Adaptive Access Manager 11g in our Client Environment. As per our Business requirements, we have integrated NRP Application as a Native/Client Application with Adaptive Access Manager, wherein the NRP Application will push 'User Transaction' (CreateSession & CreateTransaction api calls) data to the Adaptive Database, and later trigger the ProcessRules api for analysing the fraud policies/rules if any.
In this scenario, the actual User does not log into Adaptive application, for the user to go through the 'Registration' (KBA/OTP/Challenge) or 'Authentication' process. Currently for all the User Transactions that are being logged to Adaptive, the Authentication status shows as 'Invalid user'.
Please advise how do we handle the 'Invalid user' error as we cannot show this in the actual Production environment and there is no way for us to trigger the 'Registration' process for a User in this integration.
Need an expertise advise on this one please.
