\OA_MEDIA\ cache, images dinamically, jdeveloper

I save some files jpg in /OA_MEDIA/ directory, but when i rename, rewrite or delete the file i see in OAF(page) is the same file, how i must clean \OA_MEDIA\ cahce? my code when i set source attribute is:

OAImageBean.setAttributeValue(SOURCE_ATTR, "\OA_MEDIA\file.jpg");
