We are having some performance issues running nVision 3 tier through VMware workstation clients. It seems the first users to log in to PeopleSoft nVision 3 tier while using their VDI client doesn't seem to run into any issues. All other 3 tier VDI users are encountering issues with nVision and Excel going to "Not Responding" while running a report or a drill down We have had the users who experience this issue the most, run 3 tier from their desktop and they don't see to have the same issue as they do through a VDI session. We've only tested this for a day or two so I don't know if that enough to draw a good conclusion or not. I was just curious if any one else uses nVision 3 tier on VMware virtual clients? and if they have experienced any similar issues?
