Nvidia Driver for Solaris 8 (Intel) + CD-RW drivers

Looking for any information on Nvidia Driver for Solaris 8 (Intel), in particular
the Geforce Range, I have a Ultra 2 664MB DDR board and am looking for drivers

Also have an HP8100i CD RW drive

looking to replace woith Plextor SCSI CDRW

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.
