Numbers of prd file in the NQSConfig.ini file which will be loaded??

I have multiple rpd file in the NQSConfig.ini file, all have default set with same name, below is the example:
start = OracleApps.rpd Default;
start = OracleApps1.rpd Default;
start = OracleApps2.rpd Default;
start = OracleApps3.rpd Default;
start = OracleApps4.rpd Default;
Any rpd file is not commented(#).
So my question is that which rpd file is getting loaded by the Administration Tool.
