Numbers in Discoverer

1) In Holland I used to work with te Dutch version of Discoverer but because of stability problems I had to change to the English version (version 3.1.40, Oracle 8i). In that English version numbers are displayed for example as 20,417.70. I want this to be 20.417,70 as it used to be in the Dutch version. Can I change the format and how ?

2) In the Currency I can only display US Dollars. How to change this into EUR (EURO is the currency in Europe) ?
