Number Of Records Displayed, BLOCK PROPERTY

Hi,
our functionality requires the user to enter upto 100 records in a multi record block. only 10 records shlould be displayed to the user. but he can enter upto 100.

I have set the number of records displayed: block property to 10 because we want to display only 10 records.
how to achieve the functionality where the user can enter upto 100 records? is there a property to set this ?
