Number in Arabic Currency

Hi Guys,
im really having a tough time, i need to convert number for ex 1200 (twelve hundred) in arabic words. however i achieved it first through converting the number in english words and then replacing it equivalent to arabic word. but the manager says its wrong. is there any standard method to achieve my goal in oracle.

any help is highly appreciated.
