NUM_NULLS in ALL_TAB_COLUMNS

Hi,

I want to find number of NULL values for each column of table. I am using ALL_TAB_COLUMNS for this. In this NUM_NULLS field is not giving correct value. It adds 48 to the correct value.

Please advice.
