ntpdate - no server suitable for synchronization found

Hi,

I am running Solaris 8; ntpdate 3-5.93e.

Running:

Number of Interupted System Call - Err#4 EINTR error messages in truss report. when receiving SIGALRM #14 ( Generated by clock when alarm expires)
