NTLM with IE7 Update KB972260

Hi!

I've got problems with NTLM and the IE7 update KB972260.

I use NTLM as described in the following link: http://jastraub.blogspot.com/2008/03/ntlm-http-authentication-and.html
After the IE7 update the app_user contains not longer 'domain\user' but 'nobody'.
After deinstallation of the update NTLM works fine again...

Is it possible to use both - NTLM and IE7 update KB972260?

I've installed apex 3.1.
