'nrecognized VM option 'PermSize on Oracle Linux

$ ./jdev

Oracle JDeveloper 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.4.0)
Copyright (c) 1997, 2012, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 

'nrecognized VM option 'PermSize=128M
Could not create the Java virtual machine.

in jdev.conf this point to AddVMOption -XX:PermSize=128M
How to resolve this?

$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_43"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_43-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.14-b01, mixed mode)

Oracle Linux Server release 6.4
