Hi,
I am using OBIEE 11.1.1.7 and new to BI. I have created the connection pools in the RPD and it is connecting fine but when I am trying to import the metadata none of the database tables are shown in the utility.
In the import metadata utility, Step 1 connects fine and in step 2 I have selected tables, keys and foreign Keys metadata types and when it comes to step 3 in select metadata objects I dont see any tables listed in the data source view.
the log file records this message - [nQSError: 93001] Can not load library, oracore11.dll, due to, The specified module could not be found.
I have referred to these posts and installed the oracle client too but nothing is showing up still and no luck.

If this dll is so important why doesn't the BI installation include that ???
No idea what is happening here. I am 100% sure my connection is correct because if I manually create a physical layer table and select update row count I can see my data perfectly fine.
Any pointers are helpful.
