nQSError:16001 ..Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error

I have my database server and OBIEE 10.3.4.1 on Linux. I configured an ODBC DSN and tested connection to Oracle OK. I then created a connection pool in Server Admin tool. But I got error when importing data:

[nQSError: 16001] ODBC error state: IM003 code: 160 message
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114
(Oracle in OraClient10g_home1)..

I already searched the forum and looked at
857482

and the links refered in the thread. ALl not relevant.
