NQS Error for a USER

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 13015] You do not have the permission to set the value of the variable 'LOGLEVEL'. (HY000)

there are x number of reports in a folder when user tries to execute one report its throwing this error(Rest of the reports are working fine)

Please let me know what might be the issue.
