Notification plugin for success messages?

Hello,

i just found the Notification Plugin http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/application-express/apex-plug-ins-182042.html
in the oracle plugin repository and wonder if it is possible to use this plugin not only in a dynamic action but also for success messages?
