Oracle Database Discussions

I setup email notification to my own address in order to be notified when a CPU comes out. My employer would like to have this type of notification sent to an email list so that we can have multiple people recieve the notification.
The Manage Subscriptions link on http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/security/securityemail.html defaults to my own email address and does not appear to provide an option to change it.

Does anybody know if Oracle provides such a service or do I need to look else where such as CERT?

Apologies if this is not the exact forum to post in but there does not seem to be one specifically for patches and security alerts.
