Notification Inbox only showing 200

Hi Guru's

We have implemented several modules for a customer of ours including HR & Payroll, financials and supply chain.

We have implemented workflow and all is working fine and has been for quite some time now.

Now, the problem i have is that the decision makers i.e The CEO , CTO , CFO..etc usual get around 100 + notifications per day in their inboxes, but the problem am having is that only 200 notifications are displayed at any one time.

SYSADMIN user is the only user who has more than that.

We are running E-Business Suite Release 12.0.4 on HP-UX 11i on a two-node installation.
