Hi guys,
Note it this answer,

The Apache Software Foundation is a community of developers dedicated to creating and maintaining open-source software projects, including the Jakarta project.

The Jakarta Project creates and maintains open-source solutions based on Java technology. Tomcat is an open-source application server based on Java technology that serves Java Servlets and JavaServer Pages (JSP) and is used in many different open-source projects including Jakarta. Thus, Apache-Tomcat and Jakarta-Tomcat are essentially the same animal.
