When I request my user data, it shows my username connect to my email. But when I attempt to send a password reset, I get no such email. I was on a live chat, and was told to ask for help here.
Got this email while asleep (after getting a password updated email)

My free tier VM is also not responding at the moment and is assumed to be offline.
