It’s not possible to me to download 20.1.
I'm constantly getting this error message below.
Still today it's the same as yesterday evening. Am I doing something wrong?
AFAIK there is not the need to have a support identifier, just a valid account. Has that changed in the meantime?
Is someone able to give me a hint?
