Not able to view odp.net provider in Visual studio though installed

I have installed odp.net 11.1.0.6.21 from OTN.I have oracle 10g running on my pc.while creating data connection in visual studio in server explorer,i am not able to view odp.net as a provider.I only see microsoft .net provider for oracle.I read somewhere that downloading ODAC 11.2.0.2.21 would help but i m nt able to find that anywhere.So can u please tell me how can i get this resolved
