Not able to use DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT on apex.oracle.com anymore

Hi,

Since yesterday I'm not able to user the package DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT anymore on apex.oracle.com workspaces, I get the error:

PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT.MD5' must be declared

Since there's no access to use the DBMS_CRYPTO aswell, does anyone know any other cryptography package we can use on apex.oracle.com?
